Dispatch

Orders are processed during normal UK business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information where available.

Important: before launch, decide on a cut-off time for Next Day orders — for example, “Order before 1pm Monday–Thursday for next-business-day delivery.” Otherwise, “Next Day” could create ambiguity over whether it means the day after ordering or the day after dispatch.

EU and international deliveries

International delivery times are estimates.

Orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can sometimes cause delays outside our control.

Depending on the destination, the recipient may also be required to pay local customs duties, import VAT or other taxes. Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Exporting from Great Britain to overseas destinations involves destination-specific customs and tax rules.
